Remove serial: 1 #63

Please consider to remove the serial: 1 then the validation run's faster https://github.com/RedHat-EMEA-SSA-Team/stc/blob/e32b555769b4b5b13d779b73e7ffd3097b0aa6a2/playbooks/validate.yml#L41

@tahonen told me: Serial 1 is there because subscription-manager fails really often when multiple connections are started at once

Maybe we can split subscription & package installation...

Info from @blues-man: I will add also an exception to satellite subs management they could be done in parallel

Fixed in devel branch will be merged after a couple of successful PoC.
