The Integreatly web app should use a different image #231

For DIL, the web app image should be docker.io/aidenkeatingrht/tutorial-web-app:1.0.3, not the default image Integreatly provides.

The DIL installer should override this instead of the user needing to ensure it's done.

Also, the image should be on Quay and not using a personal account.

@aidenkeating are there specific changes for the DIL workshop or can we use a release image tag from our org in quay?
