We are reworking the labs to be installed as an Ansible Playbook with local Eclipse Che and Workshopper for guides. This will be possible to install on either RHPDS workshops, on customers own OpenShift Cluster, or Minishift.

This works now with new doc materials specific for ocp/che style workshop; also the new repo for the infra stuff is here now: https://github.com/jbossdemocentral/vertx-kubernetes-workshop-infra
