Create test to check ClusterIP None service configuration #98

Tang operator has been updated to include option to configure a different kind of external service and cluster ip.

Test should be added to test, at least, that Service can be started as "ClusterIP" type with "ClusterIP" equal to "None", as this is what stakeholders are trying to get for some of their scenarios
