Goal

Move tokens docs site content to ux.redhat.com

Working Assumptions

Documentation content lives in tokens sources
existing njk Docs templates, shortcodes, env, etc should be modified for use on ux.redhat.com

Rough Plan

work first in this repo
update docs templates here over 2-3 PRs, use the existing netlify site to test ideas
create an 11ty plugin in this repo to output those docs templates
when satisfied, port that work over to the system repo by importing and apply the 11ty plugin
