[2020Labs/OpenShiftSecurity] point 11 in lab4.5 needs to be clarified #414

The point 11 in lab4.5 shows a poor description on how to create the application on codeready. The picture is not the same as we got in the lab. Screenshot from 2021-09-10 16-03-58

Also when creating & adding the application to codeready I'm getting an error: Repo: http://user1:openshift@gogs-ocp-workshop.apps.cluster-pgz7x.pgz7x.sandbox1804.opentlc.com/user1/SecurityDemos.git Error: "Failed to request factory resolver: Error occurred during creation a workspace from devfile located at http://user1:openshift@gogs-ocp-workshop.apps.cluster-pgz7x.pgz7x.sandbox1804.opentlc.com/user1/SecurityDemos.git. Lab4 is going to be replaced by roberto's CICD lab, closing this issue.
