Updates for Lab 1 and Lab 2 of Red Hat Security Demo labs #463

Hello,

I have forked the main repo and updated Labs 1 and 2 with extra examples to extend their scope from just showing how security and network traffic are limited, but also how to selectively enable containers with elevated privileges and selected Network Policies. I'd like to merge these changes to the base repo via this PR.
