Fix ACS UI Bug for v3.69 and updating so UI changes with the latest version #464

There are many chances in ACS Central. We updated some screenshots and steps for this lab. We also added the workaround for the https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ROX-9938 for this lab. We need this updated lab for Security Symposium on 4/28. Thanks!
