PR to propagate fixes to the DevSecOps Lab 4 I have made to sync up with ACS 3.70 release in RHPDS Lab #472

Hello, As discussed in earlier chats, I have updated sections of Lab 4 (DevSecOps with ACS) documentation to mainly cover updates that came with ACS 3.70 included with the RHPDS Lab Multilayer_OpenShift_DevSecOps_Training". I have committed them using 2 GitHub aliases: 'dzilbermanvw' and 'jenkinsxgit' not to be alarmed about that. The preview of changes can be seen in my repo version: https://github.com/dzilbermanvmw/SecurityDemos/blob/master/2021Labs/OpenShiftSecurity/documentation/lab4.adoc I asked @piggyvenus to review my changes and will make corrections if necessary.

This PR now should include changes made on 7/11/22 to 2021Labs/OpenShiftSecurity/documentation/lab4.adoc.
