Lab 3 - OCP project is missing: rbac-lab #473

@kharyam The instructions for Lab 3, in the Environment Walkthrough section, it tells us to verify the project rbac-lab is available. However, this project is not available.

I provisioned the workshop environments using RHPDS: Catalog > Security Demos and Workshops > Security with OCP for DevSecOps. I only have the following projects

myproject
user1
user1-prod
user1-stage

@sabre1041 can you take a look and submit the PR to fix accordingly?

@darbyredhat as we commented in the https://github.com/RedHatDemos/SecurityDemos/issues/474, please try to login with admin instead of user, because this lab also needs user with elevated privileges to see certain repos.

Lab 3 - rbac-lab-project @darbyredhat as @rcarrata pointed out as well, Lab 3 https://github.com/RedHatDemos/SecurityDemos/blob/master/2021Labs/OpenShiftSecurity/documentation/lab3.adoc is supposed to be run as "admin" user to handle RBAC updates that Lab walks through.
