Create an instructional video #34

Derek has kindly offered to do a video.

@derekh99 As I suggested, use gtk-recordmydesktop for this and the transcoder at www.transcoder.org/downloads to convert the .ogv to .mp4.

I have all the component parts and will edit the video together.

Hi Ally,

The competed 6PD demo video is now checked in to github and uploaded to docspace.

Pleaser could you transcode it back into ogv format for me ? and load into github ?
