Added support to exclude fonts from output. #68

Useful for when you want to reduce the list of elements that use "bad fonts".

You may want to cleanup the style/implementation a little ;)

It's not very collaborative of me, but I'm afraid I'm not sure what this patch adds, so I'm closing the pull request -- if I'm missing the point, please re-open and let me know.
