As the lab guides have you navigate the Dashboard UI to manually deploy from an ImageStream, they don't make clear that you need to be looking at the -dev project while creating the DeploymentConfig. Some users will still be in the devsecops namespace for their UI, and won't have the option to create a new deployment from an image due to permissions on that shared namespace.
