When running the System Roles job with the configuration that sets SELinux to enforcing the job will fail. In check mode, it will succeed.
This issue has been reported and resolved here https://github.com/ansible-collections/ansible.posix/pull/52 however still fails in the system role. Bugzilla open against system roles here https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2170284
