Performance tune Ansible Tower & add users to Org to handle refresh i… #159

Updated deployment to tune Ansible Tower to configure more memory for tasks, webui, and redis.

Additionally, added each workshop user for Ansible into the defined workshop_org; since, it corrects a refresh bug discovered.
