Bugfix - Remove Serverless Installation Instructions

What

This PR removes the Serverless installation instructions.

Why

There will only be one Serverless installation per OpenShift cluster, so no need to have participants do it.

How

Update workshop/content/lab1.3_configure.md that removes the installation steps, but leaves the verification steps.

Who

This content is for lab participants.

To clarify for everyone, I think you meant "There will only be one Serverless installation per OpenShift cluster, so no need to have participants do it."
