Grant AAP SKUs access to Ansible services on HCC #76

Grant Ansible Automation Platform subscriptions access to Ansible services on Hybrid Cloud Console. These have been confirmed with Ansible BU. Already checked that all these SKUs are available on both Prod and Stage. More information in this Jira ticket: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTQE-4470
