This will be needed in order to generate (probably) gdoc spreadsheet with the report

I think that this issue is probably more related to Aggregator than to the content service. In our current architecture we don't have persistance, so the upvotes and downvotes should be on the Aggregator side, as they are already.

Or probably I'm missing something...
