feat: introduce a new TextFileOutput base parser #4148

for TextFileOutput, new 'raw_line' key replaces the 'raw_message' in the _parse_line result. 'raw_message' will be kept for at least 2 minor version (1 year) for compatibility
let LogFileOutput base on the new base parser, and no any usage changes will be made to this parser
