remove support of RHEL 6 & python 2.6 from collection #4195

and mark the parsers for RHEL 6 only as deprecated (3.5.0)
remove the CI/CD pipeline for python 2.6
remove relevant unused test cases

@m-horky, Yup, makes sense. It's always a "topic" that we should not break any business that is being supported. I forgot it as the Security team required us to deprecate all python 2.x support days ago. Closing this PR.
