Refactor launch GCP integration

Description

Currently, our GCP integration wizard guides users through creating resources locally, attaching them manually by copy and paste CLI commands.

By leveraging GCP cloud shell feature we can streamline this process., eliminating the need for download CLI tool, and achieving a similar experience and design like the new AWS integration -> #1214
