Add troubleshooting chapter #139

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Except for when students does something wrong, there is no explicit Ansible troubleshooting in the lab.

Describe the solution you'd like 1) Create a new user problem-student 2) Copy /home/student to /home/program-student 3) Run playbook to introduce random issues to labs done so far 4) Allow student to troubleshoot environment

Additional context Part of dev which takes time will be to create the 'introduce-random-errors' logic. I'm open to pull requests for this 👍 I'm thinking that this chapter should be inserted after chapter 4 to limit amount of stuff that needs troubleshooting. Or possibly even after lab 2.
