Instruct BT to container #7

Document and test how to get the device usable in container. As a user I want to have my contained software to access BT devices.

For now, I created pythonn app and playbook to relay data to mqtt: https://github.com/RedHatNordicsSA/iot-hack/blob/master/run-ruuvi-to-mqtt.yml
