Add Indian Rupee sign to proportional variant #83

According to Google Fonts, the Indian Rupee sign ₹ is there in Overpass Mono but not in the proportional Overpass.

I would like to work on this but there are no instructions to install this project on my local device .

@abhishekjha812 @dar5hak Thank you for bringing this issue up. The Indian Rupee sign will be available in Overpass (proportional) with the next update. I'll close this issue when the update is released.
