Us280502 woff2 update

This pull request:

• Adds support for woff2 files.
• Drops browser support that's no longer needed (see ya IE8)
• Removes text-rendering property from font-face since it won't work that way.
• Adds font-display property to font-face so we get better performance on slow connections.
• Our package.json version was also really behind so I bumped it up.
