Updates font files (and build scripts) with files from https://github.com/jeremymickel/RedHatFonts.
Adds new fonts to webfont css files.
Adds new minified versions of webfont css files.
Adds new README specifically for webfonts.
Adds github pages so new variable fonts can be demoed.
