Update 1.023 #49

This MR catches the main repo up with what's in https://github.com/jeremymickel/RedHatFonts.

It also recompiles the modified fonts for redhat.com.

@wesruv We've reviewed this MR and confirmed everything looks good on our side.

Looks good to me! Let's merge it, it's definitely an improvement on what we had before.

For folks waiting on the backtick fix, we haven't done the amount of QA/testing on access.redhat.com where I'd say "everything's great, push it to prod!" with enthusiasm, but we're currently testing it and so far everything is looking great.

So if you're in a rush to get the new version, I'd test it before you push prod.

I'll reply back here when I feel like we've tested it enough to be confident recommending it for production.

Following up, I feel confident recommending the latest fonts for production release :D

We finally got the new font files QA'd for the Portal, I plan on pushing them to prod early next week. RedHat.com pushed up the new font files recently and hasn't gotten any issues with it yet.
