Add more case-sensitive forms #56

It doesn't seem like the Red Hat family of fonts uses case-sensitive forms. This can lead to suboptimal results when tall punctuation are next to certain characters. For instance, many punctuation marks go below the baseline, which looks off when they're next to other characters that don't, especially capital letters.

You can see that these punctuation marks look vertically asymmetrical — they extend much farther below the letters than they do above, which doesn't look so nice. It would be great if RH fonts would implement case sensitive forms for these characters. (As a, perhaps, simpler alternative, I could see these punctuation simply being made shorter, only spanning between the tops and bottoms of capital letters and not extending below the baseline.)
