Updated readme files #27

Minor fixes to the README files.

  1. Updated the steps to download the manifest from the Customer Portal.
  2. Fixed a few formatting details.
  3. Created links for the documentation.

Sorry, I'm closing this as I did a PR from my master branch.

Also, realized there was another PR with readme changes and included Satellite 6.5 updates. I will be making a PR later with improved docs from a readme branch.
