Moving calculator out of PUBLIC PREVIEW #38

Removed PUBLIC PREVIEW header

Don't you want to wait for a week before public release ?

There is still a lot of code involving the "Hamming distance" that may need cleanup, and possible issues (see #32 or the invalid highest severity vector at https://github.com/RedHatProductSecurity/cvss-v4-calculator/blob/main/max_composed.js#L5).

I would like to take some days to make sure we don't push code to prod too early, to make sure people can use the calculator safely :eyes:

Hi @pandatix. I'm OK with waiting for a short while, although November 1st is coming soon.

TBH, I didn't completely follow all of Yan's concerns, so if there are remaining functional issues, we need to resolve them quickly.

Leaving upstream as-is for now. Other look 'n feel changes may be coming soon as well.
