Styling Update #39

Adding styling modifications to styles.css to make it look and feel like the CVSS 3.1 calculator on first.org. Involves minor changes in the index.html file as well.

I like the style update. It's very similar to https://www.first.org/cvss/calculator/3-1 yet retains the customization flexibility.
