Add Jenkins Support

Summary

In the actions directory, trestle-bot provide a way to easily integrate with GitHub Action. This is an issue to propose ready-made Jenkins Jobs be added.

Non-Goals

Do not add support within the code for log grouping. This should use the default result Results Reporter.

@jpower432 yes it does, thank you for spotting it. It was on my to do list and I didn't realize it was already here. I will delete 303
