Adding Compose support, events can be triggered also with --compose ID.

It kinda makes sense to me, no issues found except one nit in IssueHandler (partial newa_id). Maybe we can add compose analogy of component jira config to see what kind of issues actions we can expect there. Would that be possible?

Yeah, compose related actions may need more thinking and possibly even further updates. For now, I just wanted to enable running recipe for a compose, dropping the errata requirement.

I have pushed an update pointing demodata to the main branch. This is ready for merge now.
