For TestCase importer, setting the linkedWorkItem annotation field causes the importer to time out #31

When doing this, the polarion plugin does not send a message back on the message bus nor is there any logstash to indicate the import was even tried

Ask greg or vimal to look at the XML that was generated

I tried out again this morning, and while it no longer times out, it also doesn't do anything. The message back from the message bus says it passes, but the linked work item doesn't show up in Polarion
