[RFE] link the jenkins build URL somewhere in the Polarion TestRun #4

It would be nice to have a link somewhere so we know what jenkins build this test run was done under

I noticed a new custom field called "Jenkins Jobs" in the Test Runs. This may be the right place for these links.

There's also a Results custom field. So put the TestNG Report link for Results, and the jenkins job url in the Jenkins Job custom field:

Added the ability to add --testrun-jenkinsjobs and --testrun-notes as new arguments to pong in this commit: f8471f537141a1bbe2312b4934d8835013baa8e4

Added insertion of jenkins jobs and notes in 42da78ed92c4545afed9c978a8118d8b3072b66c
