rename test files & add job to run unit tests #148

Although they are named unit tests they don't have any stubs for polarion server
They expect a reachable polarion instance which isn't possible in github actions

Yeah, tried with WSDL mock tools and did not succeed. Containerized Polarion trial version for Github Action was planned but without priority and resource support.
