Just confirming, this action will list the rpm in release page?
If that's the case, I know svenstaro/upload-release-action is used does upload-artifact also do the same?

No, I can't make it to release page without a actions/create-release action. So I'm using upload-artifact to generate a downloadable url, it will help with the rpm package review.
