Reorganize the namespaces #1

uplift.core is becoming a dumping ground for functions. For example, there are functions for:

getting file or directory information
doing git commands
executing local or remote commands
copying files
installing dependencies
try+ macro
helper functions like reductor

Better define what exactly core is.
