[RFR] Update to py3.7 support only #113

108 included an f-string, but we still have 3.5 in the support matrix. Drop 3.5, support 3.6 and 3.7

Coverage decreased (-0.08%) to 49.239% when pulling 84e3861d00c7ab350e764889902f240d052abad4 on mshriver:py37-only into 8553b34be94c736c9a7cef84d1674a8be800eb29 on RedHatQE:master.
