Updates to intro #9

Added some additional context to the intro at the beginning. Lots of minor cleanup to wordings to help clarify things.

Removed some of the activities listed that are part of the general data science project process, but are not part of a pipeline.

Also added some more information about kfp and kfp-tekton.
