Where's cert-manager? #19

Cert-manager becomes another prerequisite add-on operator from OpenShift with RHOSO devpreview3. It enables "TLS everywhere" (see slide 15) but we do not mention it on the high level architecture of RHOSO. Maybe we eed a subsection or topic on security?
