Need to record demos #2

It's no point recording those demos right now, with devpreview RHOSO, or with older RHOSP. We need to wait until there's get a RHOSO release that's not expected to get significant changes to the Horizon look-and-feel, to avoid rework of re-recording.

As soon as there's an RHOSO 18 demo or ROLE classroom which is ready for operators (with pre-deployed OpenStack) we can review and validated the demo steps, and provide links to those environments for presenters and learners.

Top-level chapter pages must keep the "WIP" marker until there's a first version of each video. Individual lecture and quizz section can move to "Pending Review" and have their markers removed after proofreading and SME reviews.
