Qualify "Operator" as a job role or a persona? #7

Frequent references to "OpenStack Operator" in the course can be ambiguous: do they refer to an IT professional (a human) or do they refer to a software (an OpenShift add-on operator)?

Trying to enforce "add-on operator" everytime it refers to the software operator, and leaving unqualified for the persona.
