RH CDN repos role #6

Enables RH CDN based repositories on Satellite 6.

I didn't see issue #4 or flyemsafe's earlier PR before creating this PR. This PR may duplicate work he's done previously, and if so, I'll close this PR.

@jwbernin so the team (with the upstream discussion here in github) decided to use this repository as an index of roles and the individual roles will live in individual contributor's github repos and it is their responsibility to keep them upto date. Do you mind moving this role to your account and updating the role description the the link in https://github.com/RedHatSatellite/satellite-ansible-roles/blob/master/Roles.md
