Apart from the couple of views I've added, and bug fixes, this also removes library/markdown batstyx references and my build references from master so that any future merges in either direction are easier.

Also HearthDb is back to being a library reference as that's how HDT does it now (see update-libraries.ps1).

Can't comment on release 1.6 so this seemed the next best place. Cruel Dinomancer is the sole trigger for the Discard view and remains so. It was also mistakenly included in Soulwarden and that's what was corrected in https://github.com/RedHatter/Graveyard/pull/54/commits/c67e0796b2c6795d87336c202718779deaba7eec

Oh yeah, that's right. I totally forgot the Discard view existed separately. Sorry! I changed it now.
