Suggestion: Only show resurrect window if player is holding Kazakus or resurrect card #9

When playing Kazakus, you typically don't care about cards that died unless you are holding Kazakus, currently picking a potion or already holding a resurrection card (potion).

Could you implement an option to only display the graveyard when applicable?
