Updated installation guide and requirements.txt (upgraded versions) #62

This pull request contains the following

  1. Updated the installation guide
  2. Removed all versions from requirements.txt to make them up to date.
  3. Added a separate file contains the current working versions (requirements-freezed.txt)
  4. Fixed the issue of exporting results after upgrading of python version
  5. Removed the disappearing of messages

If you would like to make the versions of currently updated packages inside requirements inform me!
