on description favor the term "composables" instead of "component"

It will be correct to change the words "component" to "composables" in the description of the project stages for proper understanding by students.

I was think of component as a more general term, like widget, but it might be better to favor composable specially if that is going to become a convention adopted on other projects of compose track.
