Implementation for the status bar.
the activePowerups in the sceneManager holds the powerup status bars. Easiest way to implement was to keep current timer implementation.
BUG: picking up tiny powerup twice will make zerlin very VERY small.
lol what the hell do you think your doing picking up two tiny power ups at once?!?! Okay I just fixed the bug, will just merge with master.
