Add new example that shows how we can check if a feature is enabled or disabled #1

We replaced our local implementation of feature flags with your library and it fits very well! We have many checks if a feature is enabled or disabled and in examples, there were not showed that this library has such API. I found this API only after looking at the source code.

I think it will be useful to have this additional example in README.
